PANASONIC - TH-42PX60 10 BLINKS Power LED

When the AC Cord is plugged in, relay clicks the TV shuts down with Power LED blinks 10 times.
Cause:  No V-in supply to IC520 [Power Control IC], due to open R712 and or, shorted C527.

Part numbers: R712 > ERJ6GEYJ 4R7.  C527 > ECJ3YBIE 475K.
Replace these two components.
