HOW TO RELEASE THE DISC TRAY LOCK

The Disc Tray Lock function for the anti theft of an demonstration disc in the store is equipped.

Releasing Procedure.

• Press [Power] button the turn On the Power.
• Press the [Function] button to select 'CD' function.
• While pressing [Stop] button, press [FF] (=^) button for more than '5' seconds.
• The message 'UNLOCKED' is displayed and the disc tray is unlocked.
• When 'LOCKED' is displayed, the slot lock is not released by turning power on|off with 'Power' button.

COLD RESET

The cold reset clears all data including preset data stored in the memory to initial conditions.  Execute this mode, when returning the set to the customer.

• In Standby Status, press the [Power[ button to turn the Power ON.
• Press three buttons of [Stop], [Function] & [Power] simultaneously.
• When 'RESET" appears, the set enters Standby Status.

PANEL TEST MODE

• In the Standby Status, press [Power] button to turn the Power ON.
• Press three buttons, [display], [Stop] & [Options] simultaneously.
• When panel test mode is activated, all LEDs and segments of Liquid Crystal Display panel are all turn ON.

VERSION CHECK

• In Panel Test Mode, as described above, press the [Function] button.
• On the LCD panel, date and version are displayed. (xxxxVxxx)
• From this status ( >|| ) button and the destination and model name are displayed.
• To release from this mode, press three buttons of [Display], [Stop] & [Options].

KEY TEST MODE

• In the Panel Test Mode, as described above, press [Stop] button.
• The message "KEY0 0 0" displayed.  Whenever any buttons are pressed and the [Volume] control is turned, the value is changed.
• To release from this mode, press three buttons of [Display], [Stop] & [Options] simultaneously.

CD REPEAT '5' LIMIT CANCEL MODE

Number of repeats for CD play back is '5' times when the repeat mode is "REPEAT".  This mode enables CD to repeat playback for limitless times.

• Press the [Power] button to turn the Power ON.
• Press [Function] button to select CD function.
• Press three buttons of [Display], [Stop] & [TUNING+ >> >>| ] simultaneously.
• It enters the CD repeat '5' limit cancel mode and displays "NO LIMIT".
• To release this mode, press the [Power] button to turn the Power OFF.

CD TRAY LOCK

This mode is for the anti theft of CD disc in shop.[not for transport]

• Press [Power] button to turn the Power ON.
• Press [Function] button to select CD function.
• Insert a Disc.
• While pressing [Stop] button, press [FF] (-^) for more 5 seconds.
• The message "LOCKED" is displayed and the disc tray is locked. [Even if releasing from this mode, the disc tray will still locked].
• To release this lock, while pressing [Stop] button, press (-^) button for 5 seconds again.
• The message "UNLOCKED" is displayed, and the disc tray is unlocked.

CD POWER MANAGE

This mode is for switch the CD power supply On | Off.  Even if this state pulls out AC plug, it is held.

• Press the [Power] button to turn the Power ON.
• Press [Function] button to select CD function.
• Press [Power] button again to turn the Power Off [Standby].
• After pressing the [Display] button , while pressing [Stop] button, press [Power] button.
• It turns Power On and display "CD/USB", then display "PWR ON" or "PWR OFF".
