PROBLEM:
Pixel defect
Vertical line or lines.
Change the DMD board assembly.
PROBLEM
Increased noise. Color wheel fault. Replace the color wheel module.
PROBLEM
Low brightness or No Power.
Change the Lamp module. It will be best to change the Ballast board too with new lamp.
PROBLEM
Noise in high-frequency band. Distortion on the boarder area. [Sawtooth edges]
Change the Actuator.
