SAMSUNG HLP4663WX - HOW TO REPLACE LAMP - DLP PROJECTION TV

• Unplug TV, then use a screwdriver to remove the screw.

• Remove the Lamp cover.

• Remove the screw securing the Lamp by using a screwdriver

• Separate the Lamp from the engine by holding the handle.

• Pull the lamp out.

• To reinstall the Lamp, follow these steps in reverse order.

To reset time after Lamp Replacement.

Enter the service mode, and select "Lamp Clear" from option menu.

Service Mode Entry Method

• Turn off the power to make the SET STAND-BY mode.
• In order to enter the Service Mode, Press {"Mute" à "1” à "8" à "2" à "POWER"} button on the Remote Control. In case entry into SERVICE MODE is unsuccessful, repeat the procedures above.

REMOTE CONTROL KEY FUNCTIONS DURING SERVICE MODE

1. MENU à Full Menu Display / Move to Parent Menu.
2. Direction keys [UP / DN] à Item Selection by Moving the Cursor.
3. Direction keys [LEFT / RIGHT] à Data Increase/Decrease for the Selected Item.
4. Source à Cycles through the active input source that are connected to the unit.

Lamp Time Reset:  [OPTION] à Item à Lamp Clear à The lamp time and to "0". Used when shipping the set or replacing the lamp.
