DISASSEMBLE PROCEDURE


Click on image.  Right click on the enlarged image, save image as, to a folder (My document > My  Pictures).  View it in ‘Picasa’ picture viewer.  There you can enlarge it more.  Download ‘Picasa-3’ by Google site, and install it to your system.  It’s a  free software from Google and download it by Google. ADJUSTMENTS [FIRMWARE UPDATE]

TOOLS NEEDED

  1. Windows EDID V1.0 User Manual
  2. Operating System: MS Windows 98, 2000, XP
  3. Port Setup: Windows 98 => Don’t need setup Windows 2000,
  4. XP => Need to Port Setup.
  5. This program is available to LCD Monitor only.
PORT SETUP
  1. Copy “UserPort.sys” file to “c:\WINNT\system32\drivers” folder b.
  2.       Run Userport.exe





  • Remove all default number d)
  • Add 300-3FF
  • Click Start button. f)
  • Click Exit button.


EDID READ AND WRITE
  • Run WinEDID.exe

  • Edit Week of Manufacture, Year of Manufacture, Serial Number
  • Input User Info Data
  • Click “Update” button
  • Click “ Write” button


SERVICE OSD
  • Turn off the power switch at the front side of the display.
  • Wait for about 5 seconds and press MENU, POWER switch with 1 second interval.
  • The SVC OSD menu contains additional menus that the User OSD menu as described below.

  1. Auto Color : W/B balance and Automatically sets the gain and offset value.
  2. NVRAM INIT : EEPROM initialize.(24C04)
  3. CLEAR ETI : To initialize using time.
  4. AGING : Select Aging mode(on/off).
  5. R/G/B-9300K : Allows you to set the R/G/B-9300K value manually.
  6. R/G/B-6500K : Allows you to set the R/G/B-6500K value manually.
  7. R/G/B-Offset : Allows you to set the R/G/B-Offset value manually.(Analog Only)
  8. R/G/B-Gain : Allows you to set the R/G/B-Gain value manually.(Analog Only)
  9. MODULE : Show Current module Type
  10. RS232: Enable/Disable Debug Mode(on/off)
