Guide Plus or Guide Plus + Gold system shows an incorrect list of stations and their respective channels.

The Guide may set out of synchronization with your Cable Provider from time to time.

• Select Guide Plus+ Menu from the Main menu.
• Select setup.
• Change the zip code to '99999'.
• Turn the TV Off for 10 minutes.
• Use Guide Pus+ setup menu again to change the zip code back to your home zip code.
• Subsequent screens in the Guide Plus+ setup will ask you to verify your programming [Cable Provider etc:]

Whenever the TV is turned ON Guide Plus or Guide Plus+ Gold on-screen program automatically comes.

There are several ways to turn off this functon depending on model.

Option-A

1. Select Guide Plus + menu from the Main Menu.
2. Select Setup.
3. Select Options.
4. Select Off

Option-B

1. Select Guide Plus + Menu from the Main Menu.
2. Select Guide Plus + Auto Display from the Guide Plus+ menu.
3. Select Off.

Option-C

1. Press Guide on the remote control.
2. Select the menu bar.
3. Press the Right Arrow button to select Setup.
4. Choose Review options.
5. Select Off.

The information with TV Guide Plus or Guide Plus + Gold program guide is nor current.

Choose the above mentioned procedure to this fault too.

The Guide Plus + Gold on-screen program guide comes ON automatically when the TV is turned on to High Resolution.

1. Press the Menu button on the remote control to access the Main Menu.
2. Select the Guide Plus+ menu.
3. Select Guide Plus+ setup.
4. Select Options to see the Auto Display options.
5. Set it to Off.
