To solve the problems happened in production process, workers who join to assemble this model should master its specifications. This model TV set has two modes: customer mode and factory mode. The former is setted for customer and the later for production in factory and repairing in after sales. Customer mode can be operated with remote control handset or keys at the front panel of the TV or both. But, factory mode only can be operated with remote handset.
To enter the Factory mode, after power ON, press Volume Dn at the front panel, and set it to '0'. Then press "Display" key on the remote handset, there will be "D" displayed on the screen shows it entered in Factory mode.
Now, the shortcut keys on the factory adjustment remote hand set can be used . Press the 'Standby' key to 'Exit' factory mode, but system setting data"6" should be kept the state before storing. So do not change it. For factory production, can set "Bit-0" to '1' in menu OPT, so every time pressing the remote handset can enter D-Mode directly after open the sets in AC of DC power sets On, also it can be activated by key "D-Mode" on the remote handset. Do not forget to set "Bit-0" to "0" in menu OPT and power them On in AC or DC mode one time , so the set will disable factory mode.
The key 'I2C"on the remote handset can interrupt the communication CPU with I2C bus, usually this interrupt state can be used in automatic white balance adjustment and auto geometry adjustment.
ADJUSTMENT WITHOUT INSTRUCTION [WHITE BALANCE]
- First adjust the data G-Cut to = 50.
- Adjust Blue data.
- Press V-Scan to stop Vertical scan.
- Observe the color of the center horizontal line.
- Back to normal V-Scan.
- Repeat steps 2, 3, 4 & 5 until the color of the center horizontal line change to amethyst.
- Adjust G-Cut data.
- Repeat steps 3,4, 5 & 7 until center horizontal line changes white.
- Observe ladder signal , adjust G-Gain and B-Gain let the bright bar change to purity white.
