To enter the service mode function, Press and Hold both buttons simultaneously on the main unit and on the remote control, for more than the time specified:
- TV Mode => Vol Dn Min => key [0] => 2 seconds => Releasing of V-Chip Password.
- TV Mode => Vol Dn Min => Key [1] => 2 seconds => Initialization of factory TV data.
- TV Mode => Vol dn Min => Key [6] => 2 seconds => Can be checked the Initial Data of Memory IC.
- All Mode => Vol Dn Min => Key [8] => 2 seconds => Check of Sum Data, Power On Total Hours, Micon Version, Digital TV Micon Firmware on the screen.
- All Mode => Vol Dn Min => Key ]9] => 2 seconds => display of adjustment mode on the screen.
Initial Total of Memory IC, Power ON total hours, Micon version and digital TV Micon firmware can be checked on the screen. Total hours are displayed in 16 system notation.
Factory Initialization, the total hours is reset to '0'.
- Turn On the Power and set to TV mode.
- Set the volume to minimum.
- Press Both Vol Dn button on the set and channel button [8] on the remote control for more than 2 seconds.
- After confirmation of each check sum, Power On total hours, Micon version and digital TV Micon Firmware, turn Off the Power.

- INIT: C80F => INITIAL SETTING DATA CHECK SUM.
- ROM: 0000 => ROM CORRECTION DATA CHECK SUM.
- ADC: 8F97 => AD CONVERTER DATA CHECK SUM.
- DVP1: F8B4*1 => SCALER DATA CHECK SUM [is different to each set]
- DVP2: 32A1 => SCALER DATA CHECK SUM [is different ot each set]
- LCD ON: 0000 => POWER ON TOTAL HOURS [ (16*16*16* thousands digit value) + (16*16* hundred digit value) + (16* tens digit value) + (ones digt value) ].
- OEC7154A_036 => MICON VERSION.
- DTV: d-162155 => Digital TV Micon Firmware.
CONFIRMATION OF INITIAL DATA
- Turn the Power On and set to TV mode.
- Set the Volume to Minimum.
- Press Both Vol Dn button on the TV set, and channel button [6] on the remote control for more than 2 seconds.
- Address and Data should appear as:
INIT => 0000 => B4

- Addresses is now selected should blink. Using Up/Dn button on the remote, step through address until required address to be changed is reached.
- Press Right / Left button to select 'Data' is selected will blink.
- Again step through data using Up /Dn button until required data value has been selected.
- Pressing Right / Left button will take back to 'address' for further selection if necessary.
- Repeat steps until all data has been checked.
- When satisfied correct 'data' has been entered, turn Power Off to finish Data Input.
AFTER DATA INPUT, SET TO INITIALIZING OF SHIPPING.
- Turn power On.
- Press both Vol Dn button on the TV set and channel button [1] on the remote control for more than 2 seconds.
- After finishing of initialization of shipping, the unit will Turn Off Automatically.
- The unit will now have the correct data for the new memory IC.
