- Press 'Menu' to call main menu displaying on the screen.
- Press [9 => 4 => 4 => 3 => OK] using remote control.
- Service menu screen will be displayed.
- Can check the version of the software, and can adjust some settings.
- Press 'OK' button to 'Exit' from service mode.
Operation in Service Menu.
There are five items in the root Product Mode, Aging Mode, Shop End, Service Mode and Design Mode.
Product Mode includes three items. White Balance Setting
Back light set to factory default. Do not change its value. It is optimized to get maximum life to Back Light CCFLs.
Service mode is for debugging and do not change data values commonly.
Design Mode have four items, Video setting, Audio setting, Screen setting & Others.
Video Settings have four items; Threshold, Picture mode, ADC Auto adjust & Grey step.
Threshold allows to change change the data values to Brightness, Contrast, Chroma, Hue & Sharpness. Picture mode allows to change the state of picture such as Vivid, Standard & Mild modes. ADC Auto-adjust and Gray Step are for debugging . Do not change anything.
Audio Mode Setting includes four items, Sound Effect, Sound Mode, Sound Curve & Headphone Sound Curve. All these items are for debugging, and do no change data values unnecessary.
Screen Setting allows to change Vertical Size, Vertical Position, Horizontal Size & Horizontal Position of the screen.
Others include two items. Audio Output and Set E2PROM to default. Audio Output allows to change the Volume of audio output. Set E2prom to default will clear all changes have made, such as channel list have been tuned in, Volume, Brightness etc:- and initialize the TVs software to the state like a new TV set.
