Because of this projectors' structure, service should be provided by turning the projector over, accordingly the screens are seen reversely during the service.

LAMP OPERATION TIME DISPLAY
- Under the condition of the Lamp Cover SW 'ON', plug in the power cord.
- Input a signal.
- Connect a jumper wire between TP2007 & TP2008 on the main CBA, for over 5 seconds. [Service Mode Entry]
- Lamp operation time will be displayed.
- To exit from service mode, connect a jumper wire between TP2007 & TP2008 for over 5 seconds again, or press 'Menu' button on the remote control.
INITIALIZE EEPROM IC.
- After replacing main CBA, memory data such as history of lamp operation time will be reset. However it can be remained by installing EEPROM IC {IC2006} to replaced main CBA from original main CBA.
- After replacing EEPROM IC, be sure to perform each of the following steps in the order presented here.
- Connect a jumper wire between TP2017 & TP2018 on Main CBA. for over 5 seconds to set factory set mode. Then remove the wire.
- "FACTORY" appears on the screen.
- Connect a jumper wire between TP2017 & TP2018 again for over 5 seconds to initialize EEPROM IC. Then remove the jumper wire.
- "SELF CHECK' appears on the screen.
- Remove jumper wires and "MEMORY OK" appears on the screen.
- DC voltage adjustment: To set the standard voltage for LCD panel:
- Connect DVM to TP1904.
- Press 'Up/Dn button on the remote control to select '15.3V'.
- Press Right/Left buttons on the remote control so that the meter shows [15.3V +/-0.05VDC
All further adjustment need Oscilloscope, pattern generator and such advance testing instruments.
