PANASONIC TCL32C20P SERVICE MODE LCD TV



HOW TO ENTER SERVICE MODE

  • While pressing Volume (-ve) button on the main unit, press 'INFO' button on the remote cotnrol (within 2 seconds).
  • To 'Exit', switch Off the Power switch on the Main Unit or Power button on the remote control.
SERVICE MODE ADJUSTMENT
  • Press 'recall' button on the remote control and press "-" Vol button on the LCD panel.
  • Press button number '1' on the remote control to select for adjust.
  • Self check to Exit.
SELF CHECK MODE
  • Press the 'Menu' button on the remote control, and 'Down' button on the LCD panel.
  • Press ON/OFF button on the panel to Exit.
HOTEL MODE ADJUSTMENT
  • Press 'Vol Dn' button on the TV panel and 'AV' button on the remote control simultaneously '3' times to enter Hotel Mode.
  • Set the 'Hotel Mode On' then press Exit to come out.
CHECK OF IIC BUS LINES:  SELF CHECK INDICATION ONLY
  • Produce TV reception screen, and while pressing 'Volume (-ve)' button on the main unit and press 'OK' button on the remote control for more than 3 seconds.
  • Self check indication and forced to factory shipment settings:  Produce TV reception screen , and while pressing 'Volume (-ve) button on the main unit, press 'Menu' button on the remote control for more than '3' seconds.
  • Disconnect the AC cord from the wall outlet to 'Exit'.
POWER LED BLINKING AND FAULTY BOARDS.
  • 1 blink  =>  Inverter SOS  => Power board.
  • 2 blinks  => Sub 1.8V SOS  => A Board.
  • 3 blinks  => Sub 1.2V SOS  => A board.
  • 4 blinks  => Power SOS  => P/A board.
  • 5 blinks  => Sub 5V SOS  => A board.
  • 6 blinks  => not used
  • 7 blinks  => not used.
  • 8 blinks  => not used
  • 9 blinks  => T'Con SOS  => A board.
  • 10 blinks  => Sub 3.3V sense  => A board.
  • 11 blinks  => DCDC SOS  => A board.
  • 12 blinks  => SOS  => A board.
