TO ENTER SERVICE MODE
- Press "Input=>2=>5=>8=>0" in the order to enter service mode.
- Press [Ch+] / [Ch-] to move the cursor to adjustment page , and press "Ok" button.
- Press [Ch+] / [Ch -] to move the cursor up and down.
- Use [Vol+] / [Vol-] buttons to adjust the data value to selected item.
- Press 'Menu' to exit to the level-1 factory menu.
- Press 'Exit' to exit from factory menu.
- After exit the factory menu, press 'Sleep' to enter the factory menu again as long as power is ON.
SOFTWARE UPDATE
- Copy all files to the computer, include 3 files.
- ISP_Tool_V43.exe: Debug tool software for Dynex to update.
- Dynex_32HV36_new.bin: New software for Dynex 32 LCD {Note: may be the update file name will not as same as 'Dynex_32hv36_new.bin. The file name is only for example}
- Dynex32_software_update.doc: Document of software update.
[2]. Cable connect : The debug tool board, one port connect to the computer LPT, and the other port to TVs RS232.
[3] Connect the Power socket. The power LED will light Red. Update the software while the TV is on standby.
[4] Double click the file of ISP_Tool_V43.exe.
[5] Click icon of devce. (If not the first time to run this software, skip this step).
[6] Set the device information.
[7] Click icon of the connected.
[8] If cable connect is 'OK'; get the follow picture. If fails, double click the cable connect and try again.
[9] Click 'Read' icon.
[10 Click the follow icon of read.
[11] Select the update software.
[12] Select 'Open' icon.
[13] Click the 'auto' icon.
[14] Click 'Run' to update. It will take about 10 minutes or more to update.
[15] After the update is finished and 'OK', it will appear 'PASS'. If error, retry from step 2 to 9.
[16] Disconnect the TV from power socket, and wait till the power LED to shut down, then reconnect the TV to AC Mains.
