[P] BOARD
- DO THE AC RELAY CLICK AFTER THE TV IS PLUGGED INTO THE AC LINE?
- If yes;
- Is there 2.5V at pin 20 of connector [D5], when the power supply button is pressed?
- If yes;
- Is there 3.2V at pin 11 of connector [P25] when the power button is pressed?
- If yes; Replace 'P' board.
- If no; Replace 'D' board.
- If there is no 2.5V at pin 20 of connector [D5];
- Does pin [5] of connector [A1] go from 4.5V to 0V momentarily?
- If yes; Replace [A] board.
- If no; check the connections and 'S' and 'K' bards.
DO THE AC RELAY CLICK AFTER THE TV IS PLUGGED INTO THE AC LINE?
- If No;
- Is there is 5V at pin [5] of connector [A7] when the TV is plugged into AC line?
- If No;
- Unplug the TV, Check the continuity between pins [8] & [10] of connector {P12} of 'P' board?
- If No;
- Check the missing jumper on [CN SS34], on the 'SS' board. If the jumper on this connector is present, replace the 'SS' board.
- If Yes;
- Unplug the TV. Disconnect connector [A7]. Does the TV turn on by itself when it is plugged into the AC line with no picture, and lit LEDs on SS & SC boards?
- If Yes; replace 'A' board.
- If No; replace 'P' board.
DO THE AC RELAYS CLICK AFTER THE TV IS PLUGGED INTO AC LINE?
IS THERE 5V AT PIN '5' OF CONNECTOR [A7] WHEN THE TV IS PLUGGED INTO AC LINE?
IF YES;
- Is there 3.3V at pin [6] of connector [P7], when the TV is plugged to AC line?
- If Yes; Replace 'P' board.
- If No;
- Disconnect connector [A1]. Do the AC relay click after the TV is plugged to AC line?
- If Yes; check the cable between connectors [K1] & [A1]. If they are OK, Replace 'K' board.
- If No;
- Reconnect [A1], and disconnect connector [A52]. Do the AC relays click when the set is plugged to AC line?
- If Yes; Check the cable between connectors [GS52] & A52]. If found OK, replace 'GS' board.
- If No; replace 'A' board.
