PANASONIC PLASMA TVs NO PICTURE; NO SOUND

• Is On-Screen display appears?
• If yes; 'A' board is defective.
• If No;

1. Unplug the unit from Ac power.
2. Disconnect the connector 'A5' from 'A' board.
3. Plug the unit back to AC power.

• Is screen display is in white.
• If yes; 'A1' or 'D2' board is defective. 
• If No; 
• Is there 75V(VDA) at pins '1' & '2' of connector SS12?
• If No; 'P' board is defective.
• If yes; Is 'SC' board LED illumitated?
• If No; 'SC' board defective. 
• If yes; Is the 'SS' board LED illuminated?
• If yes; 'D' board is defective.
• If No; 'SS' board is defective.
